2.How to return the item?

1.Before you want to return the products, please explain the return reason and order number by contacting us at service@wowafrican.com. Our customer service will reply you within 24 hours. Your patience is highly appreciated.
2. After receiving the return instructions from our customer service, please return the products with original packages and email the return tracking number by email to our customer service.
3. Once your return is received, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your return and refund. Please kindly note that the refund process may take to 4-7 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

•We do not provide the shipping labels for return items. Also, please acknowledge we are not responsible for the shipping cost.
•Please kindly note $25 will be charge as the restocking fee.

3.How to exchange the item?

1. We only offer one time FREE exchanges for the eligible item. However we do not provide return shipping labels. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Also the difference fees on that specific exchanged item.
2.We will ship the new item for free after we received the return package from customer.

4.What is your rush exchange?

1.If you need the new item as soon as possible. The new order can be placed online, we will process the new item while waiting for the return. Hair will be shipped to you after it’s done.
2. Once we received the original item, we will arrange the refund as soon as possible.

Co-wash your hair. It is important to Co-wash the hair before you install to reduce tangling.

Blow dried and don’t let it air-dried. The longer the hair swelling goes on,the more pressure it puts on the delicate proteins keeping hair intact,which can lead to more damage.

Use Wide Toothed Comb.After you washed hair, try using a wide toothed comb. Or, use your fingers, rather than a brush.

Deep Condition. After serval installation,a deep condition is necessary.Good conditioner or deep conditioner is need.Try not to apply conditioner to the cap of wig. Just apply condition on the mid shaft of hair down the ends of hair..

How To care curly hair

Choose a shampoo & condititoner that suit your hair type. Curly or coarse hair probably wants frizz-minimizing and softening shampoo.Colored or treated hair probably needs a shampoo that's fortified with extracts or amino acids...

Proper way to deep condition curly hair. Deep condition at least once a week with cold water.Apply moderate the conditioner starting about an inch down from the root all the way down to the tips of your hair,Wait about 15 minutes before rinsing, then use a wide toothed comb working up from the tips to the roots so your hair..

Styling curly hair Shape the hair by scrunching it some more and twirling pieces around a finger.Avoid using brushes and narrow-toothed combs and avoid touching your hair as much as possible.

Don’t straighten curly hair because it may cause hair problems like shedding and tangle.We don't suggest to dye the curly hair.Because curl won't keep after coloring.

When first heard of this website I was scary because it buying hair online but when I got it I was very happy. It came in this nice box,the hair was so soft and hardly sheds. I'm so happy with it I brought two bundles to add to it.

The hair is silky and soft true to length I just received them havent installed yet but the moment I put them on I will update you on how it it. So far so good cant wait to install. Shipping time was a bit slow but expected that as customs in Namibia take a while to release shipment.

I washed it put rinse and it still looks beautiful. It curls up once you wet it. The curls are very nice. I recommend this hair to anyone who wants some good hair and doesn't want to spend a arm & leg. You WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. thank you Wowafrican. Will definitely be ordering more.

I ordered this hair July 31 (Friday) and it came on August 5(Wenesday). Shipping was pretty good I had no problems with my order. I ordered a 18 20 20 of Indian silky straight virgin hair and that's exactly I got it came packaged nicely and the bundles were true to length. I co washed the hair as soon as I got it and the hair was amazing there was minimal shedding and tangling! I installed the hair August 8 and I have currently been wearing it for about a month I only installed both 20's and about a 2 rows of the 18 and the hair is still full the hair is pretty good for the price it does tangle at the nape of the neck and snags when you run your hands through it but other than that the hair is pretty good For the price the hair is course of that makes sense like it's not silky silky it's not rough either it's like if you don't brush it often the texture is sort of course. Overall this hair is really good for the price and would recommend people who are looking for hair on a budget!

Overall the hair was okay. It did shedd a lot towards the end but never got any tangles. I will purchase from them but maybe another style
