Before returning, please advise us of your intention to receive either a refund or exchange. We request that all products are returned within 14 days of the date of receiving your order.
1. What eligible items can be returned or exchanged?
• Including no used,no lace cut, no altered and unwashed products with original package.
• All clearance, custom items and eyelashes can’t be returned or exchanged.
2.How to return the item?
1.Before you want to return the products, please explain the return reason and order number by contacting us at email@example.com. Our customer service will reply you within 24 hours. Your patience is highly appreciated.
2. After receiving the return instructions from our customer service, please return the products with original packages.
3. Once your return is received, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your return and refund. Please kindly note that the refund process may take to 4- business days for the credit to appear on your account.
•We do not provide the shipping labels for return items. Also, please acknowleage we are not responsible for the shipping cost.
•Please kindly note $25 will be charge as the restocking fee.
3.How to exchange the item?
1. We only offer one time FREE exchanges for the eligible item. However we do not provide return shipping labels. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Also the difference fees on that specific exchanged item.
2.We will ship the new item for free after we received the return package from customer.
4.What is your rush exchange?
1.If you need the new item as soon as possible. The new order can be placed online, we will process the new item while waiting for the return. Hair will be shipped to you after it’s done.
2. Once we received the original item, we will arrange the refund as soon as possible.
•We have the right to refuse the package if you send it back without our permission.
