2.How to return the item?

1.Before you want to return the products, please explain the return reason and order number by contacting us at service@wowafrican.com. Our customer service will reply you within 24 hours. Your patience is highly appreciated.
2. After receiving the return instructions from our customer service, please return the products with original packages and email the return tracking number by email to our customer service.
3. Once your return is received, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your return and refund. Please kindly note that the refund process may take to 4-7 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

•We do not provide the shipping labels for return items. Also, please acknowledge we are not responsible for the shipping cost.
•Please kindly note $25 will be charge as the restocking fee.

3.How to exchange the item?

1. We only offer one time FREE exchanges for the eligible item. However we do not provide return shipping labels. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Also the difference fees on that specific exchanged item.
2.We will ship the new item for free after we received the return package from customer.

4.What is your rush exchange?

1.If you need the new item as soon as possible. The new order can be placed online, we will process the new item while waiting for the return. Hair will be shipped to you after it’s done.
2. Once we received the original item, we will arrange the refund as soon as possible.

Co-wash your hair. It is important to Co-wash the hair before you install to reduce tangling.

Blow dried and don’t let it air-dried. The longer the hair swelling goes on,the more pressure it puts on the delicate proteins keeping hair intact,which can lead to more damage.

Use Wide Toothed Comb.After you washed hair, try using a wide toothed comb. Or, use your fingers, rather than a brush.

Deep Condition. After serval installation,a deep condition is necessary.Good conditioner or deep conditioner is need.Try not to apply conditioner to the cap of wig. Just apply condition on the mid shaft of hair down the ends of hair..

How To care curly hair

Choose a shampoo & condititoner that suit your hair type. Curly or coarse hair probably wants frizz-minimizing and softening shampoo.Colored or treated hair probably needs a shampoo that's fortified with extracts or amino acids...

Proper way to deep condition curly hair. Deep condition at least once a week with cold water.Apply moderate the conditioner starting about an inch down from the root all the way down to the tips of your hair,Wait about 15 minutes before rinsing, then use a wide toothed comb working up from the tips to the roots so your hair..

Styling curly hair Shape the hair by scrunching it some more and twirling pieces around a finger.Avoid using brushes and narrow-toothed combs and avoid touching your hair as much as possible.

Don’t straighten curly hair because it may cause hair problems like shedding and tangle.We don't suggest to dye the curly hair.Because curl won't keep after coloring.

I ordered this hair back on August 8, it shipped August 9, and was received August 13. I only recently put the hair in in late September.

It started out as a sew in but due to my little head lol, my cousin couldn't get all of the hair on my head so about a week later, I decided to take it out and make it into a u part wig and sew the wig on so it's kind of a "sew in u part wig".

So far, I've washed the hair 3 times, blown dried it twice with heat protectant (air dried the other time), flat ironed and used a curling wand with heat protectant on the hair and the hair is still amazing. I plan on adding highlights soon so hopefully when I bleach it, it'll still be beautiful.

Got this hair installed almost two months ago in time for my birthday. This is my third order from this website and I am pleased. The hair came beautifully packaged and was so soft and shiny. Two months later, it is still holding up extremely well. Shedding isn't too bad. Still very true to length. Deep conditioning is VERY important to maintain in the quality of the hair and I plan to invest in virgin coconut oil to help ensure that it lasts as long as my first order did. Overall, I love this hair and I plan to order from you guys again!

I ordered 18, 20 & 22 inch bundles. I recived my order last week in the mail. The shipping came very fast too my doorstep. Hair is Soft and the bundles are full. Hair is true too length. i havent i stalled the hair yet but i will do another update when i do. Good customer service , if you email or try to contact wowafrican they will get back with you ! I love this hair so much, the price is great and the quality is great! I usually am able to use this hair over and over. There was only this one time where I ordered the hair to be dyed to jet black and when they sent it and it was the regular natural color which was a little upsetting but I just ended up dying it myself anyways.

I very much like this hair. I have washed this hair more than 5 times yet it remains soft with no tangles. You do have to moisturize hair and make sure hair stay hydrated. I also recommend when buying this beautiful hair to also purchase heat protection.
