2.How to return the item?

1.Before you want to return the products, please explain the return reason and order number by contacting us at service@wowafrican.com. Our customer service will reply you within 24 hours. Your patience is highly appreciated.
2. After receiving the return instructions from our customer service, please return the products with original packages and email the return tracking number by email to our customer service.
3. Once your return is received, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your return and refund. Please kindly note that the refund process may take to 4-7 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

•We do not provide the shipping labels for return items. Also, please acknowledge we are not responsible for the shipping cost.
•Please kindly note $25 will be charge as the restocking fee.

3.How to exchange the item?

1. We only offer one time FREE exchanges for the eligible item. However we do not provide return shipping labels. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Also the difference fees on that specific exchanged item.
2.We will ship the new item for free after we received the return package from customer.

4.What is your rush exchange?

1.If you need the new item as soon as possible. The new order can be placed online, we will process the new item while waiting for the return. Hair will be shipped to you after it’s done.

For the regular lace front wigs, there is only 3 inches lace at the front top, in which the weaves are easily exposed, which doesn't appear too natural. We improved our lace front wigs to larger front lace area 5inches, which ensures that your wigs can be freely parted with a more natural parting.

What is the bleached knots?

Bleached knots help the hair appear as if it is growing from the scalp. When hair is tied to the lace, there is a dark knot where the hair is secured. Bleaching can make knots undetectable and very natural looking. WowAfrican bleaching method won't affect the hair life and doesn't cause shedding problems. On natural bleach hair, the knots are lightered to a light brown shade.

What is a pre plucked hairline?

When a wig is plucked, it is less dense in front, which is exactly the case with real hair. If you take a look at your strands, you will notice hair of unequal length and some short baby hair around your hairline. This is because new hair grow constantly and they can’t all be the same length.For a wig to be completely realistic, it has to imitate just that. Plucking of the hairpiece creates those perfect baby hairs and a flawless hairline. Although pre-plucked wigs are usually more expensive, they are simply superior in appearance to all others.

What is the removable Elastic Band?

WowAfrican provide the removable adjustable elastic band(optional) to customers. It is made to be sewn unto wigs for a better, more snug fit. There are 3 hook adjustable options to secure your wig better. If you don’t want to wear it, it is easily to remove the wig. The rest two small bands won’t affect to wear the wigs.

How to Care

How To Wash Your Wig

Co-wash your hair. It is important to Co-wash the hair before you install to reduce tangling.

Blow dried and don’t let it air-dried. The longer the hair swelling goes on,the more pressure it puts on the delicate proteins keeping hair intact,which can lead to more damage.

Use Wide Toothed Comb.After you washed hair, try using a wide toothed comb. Or, use your fingers, rather than a brush.

Deep Condition. After serval installation,a deep condition is necessary.Good conditioner or deep conditioner is need.Try not to apply conditioner to the cap of wig. Just apply condition on the mid shaft of hair down the ends of hair..

How To care curly hair

Choose a shampoo & condititoner that suit your hair type. Curly or coarse hair probably wants frizz-minimizing and softening shampoo.Colored or treated hair probably needs a shampoo that's fortified with extracts or amino acids...

Proper way to deep condition curly hair. Deep condition at least once a week with cold water.Apply moderate the conditioner starting about an inch down from the root all the way down to the tips of your hair,Wait about 15 minutes before rinsing, then use a wide toothed comb working up from the tips to the roots so your hair..

Styling curly hair Shape the hair by scrunching it some more and twirling pieces around a finger.Avoid using brushes and narrow-toothed combs and avoid touching your hair as much as possible.

Don’t straighten curly hair because it may cause hair problems like shedding and tangle.We don't suggest to dye the curly hair.Because curl won't keep after coloring.

I've had this wig about 2 months. I've washed it 3 times and worn it basically 2 months straight. This wig is awesome! I always get compliments on my hair. It looks natural, matches my texture perfectly, curls easily, and dyes easily, too. After the 3rd wash, I noticed some shedding but the wig is so thick, it's not an issue at all. I wear this wig about 3 inches behind my hairline, almost like a half wig, so I end up cutting a lot of the front lace off. Anyway, this wig is perfect! Buy it. You won't regret it!

I just received this unit in 14 inches 130% density. It is absolutely fabulous. I got the natural color and I dyed black; it took the color very well. I used a conditioner on it, towel dried it flat for a few minutes before I blow dry and flat ironed. It is such a nice unit for the price; I wore it out and people just raved over my hair that I had to tell them was a wig. I absolutely love this unit and I plan to buy a few more.

absolutely love this hair. I love it because it looks so natural.I already knew when I ordered this lace front it would be nice and thick because it is Italian yaki. But it is a nice quality of hair really soft. I will also be buying another one soon.

I have finally found a wig that I can wear like my own natural hair. The wig texture is soft, mirrors my natural hair and the color matches perfectly, I love the pre plucked hair line so much! I will order more wigs soon.
