First of all, I LUV wowafrican wigs but I have to admit after purchasing this wig kinky straight is more of my flavor. If you are looking for a simple silky straight wig this wig is for you. My pros: the lace is perfect I would suggest the bald cap method, the plucking is perfect, the color is more of a chocolate vs reddish brown, the length is perfect I ordered 16 more like 18. My cons: too many flyaways I had so many flyaways in the front I created a very thin bang, the sides of the wig very thin if you want to create layers to frame your face be very careful you will thin out the wig more than it already is, if 90% density was a thing that's how much side hair you get. I purchased a 180 density feels more like a 130. A middle part pulled behind the ear looks better on me a side part not so much it's too thin with no life and a half up half down may not work because it's too silky and thin a half up will look like a piglet tail. Is it worth over $300 no ma'am. Overall it's cute looks natural and blends well with my complexion. -

I saved my money to buy this wig. I wore this wig glue-less to work everyday. I wore it to a summer wedding, my summer Microbiology class, I mean everywhere. I literally added powder to the part, brushed it, threw it on every morning and went out the door. It looks realistic. It didn’t tangle at the nape area because I washed and conditioned it once a week. It was the easiest, most complimented, face framing wig—period. I bumped the layers once in a while, with my flatiron on low heat and the layers hit my face just right. If felt secure even without a wig grip, compared to my other useless wigs that from various companies. This was easy to wash and I dyed it jet black to make it pop against my deep Sudanese skin. I don’t glue down my wigs at all. I take them off everyday and WowAfrican does a gooooood job. I still have it, and I will repurchase again because I haven’t found anything I can trust from other wig companies. By the way, the knots are hardly visible. It’s that good. Get it!

This hair is bomb! And the lace is giving scalp. When I bought this wig I had no idea that it would fit so perfectly and look so good it literally fits like a glove and the hair is nice and soft with zero shedding I will for sure buy another one for next summer! what you get for the price is amazing!

Realistic wig

I bleached this wig and hair is still soft. The 16 inch is pass my bra strap on my back and I’m 5’9. I wanted a more realistic look so I cut it. I can’t speak of the durability because I just bought the hair but like my title No one is going to know, it’s a wig -

I have been ordering from WowAfrica for years. I switched to another company at one point but kept coming back to WowAfrica hair because they keep improving by the minute. I was supposed to travel and ordered hair, canceled because I thought I was not going to receive it on time before trip. However my trip plans changed and I reordered, though I received an email that they would be out of office, my item shipped and shipped quick. The hair looks beautiful and I see some improvements. I usually put in my own rubber band, but they have beautiful addition that I would use. I loved the new blue velvet box the hair came with the other time I ordered but this time it came in the old box which doesn't matter, but the new box was classier. I keep coming back to WowAfrica because of the top-notch customer service and the great improvement to their hair. They are always improving. Hair is more affordable too. I will continue my every three-month orders. This is how a business succeeds. Thank you WowAfrica. -

I've ordered 90% of my wigs from wowafrican and I'm always pleased but this is my least favorite so far. Maybe I didn't take care of it correctly because I usually only do straight hair but didn't last nearly as long as my other ones. -
Nosey people can’t tell it’s not my hair

It fits perfectly! I work in a retail pharmacy and inpatient hospital pharmacy. I see a patients daily. Coworkers and people are in your face, up close and personal. I’m making eye contact daily. You’ll be surprised, white people go as far as looking at your hairstyles while speaking to you but with this, they’re looking directly at me. This wig mimics my 4C hair, but it’s softer. I’m African born. I have a lot of my own natural baby hairs but I never slick them down because I’m in a fast pace environment. I must be out the door and ready for school and work. Therefore, I look for pre-styled pop on and go wigs. I dye all my wigs jet black because it just looks newer and fresh. I flat iron this one on low heat to smooth the crimps, but still keep the texture. If you’re busy person like me, this wig is for you. Add foundation or powder to the part and go about your day. I still love my 13x6 layered wig. Many compliments and that’s my back up wig. You have rotate them to preserve them. -

This was so easy to install! Because I didn’t have to pluck or bleach the lace, it took less than half the time it usually would. The color is so pretty and the lace quality is unmatched! I got the 16 inches but it looks slightly longer! I am definitely purchasing another wig from wowafrican!!!

This is so nice! I don’t have to bleach or pluck and it’s definitely beginner friendly! All I did was wash and slip in on over my hair real quick and it looks gorgeous!
