2.How to return the item?

1.Before you want to return the products, please explain the return reason and order number by contacting us at service@wowafrican.com. Our customer service will reply you within 24 hours. Your patience is highly appreciated.
2. After receiving the return instructions from our customer service, please return the products with original packages and email the return tracking number by email to our customer service.
3. Once your return is received, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your return and refund. Please kindly note that the refund process may take to 4-7 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

•We do not provide the shipping labels for return items. Also, please acknowledge we are not responsible for the shipping cost.
•Please kindly note $25 will be charge as the restocking fee.

3.How to exchange the item?

1. We only offer one time FREE exchanges for the eligible item. However we do not provide return shipping labels. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Also the difference fees on that specific exchanged item.
2.We will ship the new item for free after we received the return package from customer.

4.What is your rush exchange?

1.If you need the new item as soon as possible. The new order can be placed online, we will process the new item while waiting for the return. Hair will be shipped to you after it’s done.
2. Once we received the original item, we will arrange the refund as soon as possible.

Co-wash your hair. It is important to Co-wash the hair before you install to reduce tangling.

Blow dried and don’t let it air-dried. The longer the hair swelling goes on,the more pressure it puts on the delicate proteins keeping hair intact,which can lead to more damage.

Use Wide Toothed Comb.After you washed hair, try using a wide toothed comb. Or, use your fingers, rather than a brush.

Deep Condition. After serval installation,a deep condition is necessary.Good conditioner or deep conditioner is need.Try not to apply conditioner to the cap of wig. Just apply condition on the mid shaft of hair down the ends of hair..

How To care curly hair

Choose a shampoo & condititoner that suit your hair type. Curly or coarse hair probably wants frizz-minimizing and softening shampoo.Colored or treated hair probably needs a shampoo that's fortified with extracts or amino acids...

Proper way to deep condition curly hair. Deep condition at least once a week with cold water.Apply moderate the conditioner starting about an inch down from the root all the way down to the tips of your hair,Wait about 15 minutes before rinsing, then use a wide toothed comb working up from the tips to the roots so your hair..

Styling curly hair Shape the hair by scrunching it some more and twirling pieces around a finger.Avoid using brushes and narrow-toothed combs and avoid touching your hair as much as possible.

Don’t straighten curly hair because it may cause hair problems like shedding and tangle.We don't suggest to dye the curly hair.Because curl won't keep after coloring.

I ordered this hair on the 14 of Decemeber and I must say it is the best choice i've ever made. Minimal to no shedding everytime I install and still has such an amazing look and texture. From living in the UK and around the christmas period I thought id experience delays but it came within 9 days even after extra days added for dying the hair. I always recommend to friends. This is my first order from wowafrican and I am truly impressed with the quality of the hair for the price. I ordered 3 bundles (16,18,20) in Brazilian silky straight. The shipping was so fast, ordered on a Friday and got it Monday. It was packaged nicely and the hair was SO SOFT! No smell, true to length, and thick bundles. So far I am in love with the hair !! Ordered it on Wednesday and received it Monday ! So fast ! It's soft and moves hunny lol only thing is from what I see is that the 22in end is kind of thin, i ordered 18,20,22in.

I waited to review to make sure my review would be accurate. With that being said, I absolutely LOVE this hair! Very very minimal shedding! And I love to play in my weave lol.. After my first install take down, I co-washed the hair and it rinsed clear with no brown residue which is a big issue of mine w/ other vendors. The hair hold curls via wand/strengthened/flexi rod which was a huge plus for me. It blends perfectly with my hair. A tad longer than exact length, which is also a plus. Long lasting and just flat out gorgeous hair that I'm constantly getting compliments on

The hair is beautiful. Just a couple of tangles but I have a 24 26 and 28s. I had it in for almost a week . Shipping was very very fast! The hair looks like it might have a rinse in it . However I was going to dye it any way so it's fine. But overall the quality is very good. Hair is double wefted and thick .

I installed the Natural Color Silky Straight Brazilian Virgin Hair Weave 3pcs Bundle[WB01] in 16, 18, 20 and I loved this hair. It holds curls extremely long. Super easy to maintain and beautiful texture it looked like my hair relaxed. I did not dye it but I do plan on in the future it's been 3 months and it's still going strong. Love this hair!!!

I can honestly say this is the best bundle purchase I've ever made! The shipping was fast and the quality is great. I ordered the 16, 18 and 20 inches and they are definitely true to length. The 20" was sooo long; I'm 5'2" if that helps. I ended up only using the 16 and 18 to have a more natural look. I get lots of compliments on this hair. I've had it installed for about 3 weeks now and it's holding up pretty well. I co-wash the hair every week as recommended. I will definitely be ordering from wowafrican.com again :) #HappyCustomer.
