• All clearance, custom items and eyelashes can’t be returned or exchanged.

2.How to return the item?

1.Before you want to return the products, please explain the return reason and order number by contacting us at service@wowafrican.com. Our customer service will reply you within 24 hours. Your patience is highly appreciated.
2. After receiving the return instructions from our customer service, please return the products with original packages and email the return tracking number by email to our customer service.
3. Once your return is received, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your return and refund. Please kindly note that the refund process may take to 4-7 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

•We do not provide the shipping labels for return items. Also, please acknowledge we are not responsible for the shipping cost.
•Please kindly note $25 will be charge as the restocking fee.

3.How to exchange the item?

1. We only offer one time FREE exchanges for the eligible item. However we do not provide return shipping labels. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Also the difference fees on that specific exchanged item.
2.We will ship the new item for free after we received the return package from customer.

4.What is your rush exchange?

1.If you need the new item as soon as possible. The new order can be placed online, we will process the new item while waiting for the return. Hair will be shipped to you after it’s done.
2. Once we received the original item, we will arrange the refund as soon as possible.

Co-wash your hair. It is important to Co-wash the hair before you install to reduce tangling.

Blow dried and don’t let it air-dried. The longer the hair swelling goes on,the more pressure it puts on the delicate proteins keeping hair intact,which can lead to more damage.

Use Wide Toothed Comb.After you washed hair, try using a wide toothed comb. Or, use your fingers, rather than a brush.

Deep Condition. After serval installation,a deep condition is necessary.Good conditioner or deep conditioner is need.Try not to apply conditioner to the cap of wig. Just apply condition on the mid shaft of hair down the ends of hair..

How To care curly hair

Choose a shampoo & condititoner that suit your hair type. Curly or coarse hair probably wants frizz-minimizing and softening shampoo.Colored or treated hair probably needs a shampoo that's fortified with extracts or amino acids...

Proper way to deep condition curly hair. Deep condition at least once a week with cold water.Apply moderate the conditioner starting about an inch down from the root all the way down to the tips of your hair,Wait about 15 minutes before rinsing, then use a wide toothed comb working up from the tips to the roots so your hair..

Styling curly hair Shape the hair by scrunching it some more and twirling pieces around a finger.Avoid using brushes and narrow-toothed combs and avoid touching your hair as much as possible.

Don’t straighten curly hair because it may cause hair problems like shedding and tangle.We don't suggest to dye the curly hair.Because curl won't keep after coloring.

first thing i noticed were that the bundles were so thick from beginning to end, & the hair was suuuper soft. i could run my fingers through it with absolutely no shedding. ill still be sealing my wefts & getting the hair installed friday morning. i would totally recommend to anyone who wants to purchase virgin hair at a good price.

The shipping is supper fast. I received this hair in 3 days. The lengths are true and the wave pattern is awesome. I colored this hair and the wave pattern did not leave. The texture is soft and it has great body. This hair did not shed when i washed it. I sealed the wefts afterwards, sewed them onto a cap and colored them and still no shedding. The three bundles was well enough and I added a small closure also. I have not straightened the hair yet, because i love the way it looks with the waves. I recommend this hair for anyone who is looking for a low maintenance, budget friendly and great quality hair.

The hair holds up really well, after I took it out the first time it was still good all I had to do was co-wash and it was like brand new. From the time I got it till now it still barely sheds, and the hair is still super soft. Recommend this to any and everyone

I really wasn't sure about ordering because I've had bad from buying weaves online shopping too a lil longer than expected but I made it clear I needed it on the 7th and I got it on the 6th and customer care was so nice and efficient hair was uber soft when I touched it now let's just see if this baby still slays after some months

I just received my hair today and it's so soft and has no smell at all. I ordered my hair on July 13th it was out of stock which made it longer than usual for me to receive the hair. I reached out to let them know I needed the hair by the 22nd and they worked their magic and I received my hair today which is the 21st. Although I was a bit frustrated because I didn't think it would be here on time I am overall a satisfied customer and I definitely will be ordering again.
