2. After receiving the return instructions from our customer service, please return the products with original packages and email the return tracking number by email to our customer service.
3. Once your return is received, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your return and refund. Please kindly note that the refund process may take to 4-7 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

What is 13X6 lace wigs?

The making method of a 13X6 lace front wig is frontal lace and machine wefts made wig cap. The frontal lace is made of Invisible Swiss Lace, which size is 13 inches long by 6 inches width. Therefore, when wearing a human hair 13X6 lace front wig, you can comb the deeper part anywhere in the front 6 inches，its deep-lined part makes it looks as natural as a full lace wig.

What is the bleached knots?

Bleached knots help the hair appear as if it is growing from the scalp. When hair is tied to the lace, there is a dark knot where the hair is secured. Bleaching can make knots undetectable and very natural looking. WowAfrican bleaching method won't affect the hair life and doesn't cause shedding problems. On natural bleach hair, the knots are lightered to a light brown shade.

What is a pre plucked hairline?

When a wig is plucked, it is less dense in front, which is exactly the case with real hair. If you take a look at your strands, you will notice hair of unequal length and some short baby hair around your hairline. This is because new hair grow constantly and they can’t all be the same length.For a wig to be completely realistic, it has to imitate just that. Plucking of the hairpiece creates those perfect baby hairs and a flawless hairline. Although pre-plucked wigs are usually more expensive, they are simply superior in appearance to all others.

What is the removable Elastic Band?

WowAfrican provide the removable adjustable elastic band(optional) to customers. It is made to be sewn unto wigs for a better, more snug fit. There are 3 hook adjustable options to secure your wig better. If you don’t want to wear it, it is easily to remove the wig. The rest two small bands won’t affect to wear the wigs.

How To Wash Your Wig

Co-wash your hair. It is important to Co-wash the hair before you install to reduce tangling.

Blow dried and don’t let it air-dried. The longer the hair swelling goes on,the more pressure it puts on the delicate proteins keeping hair intact,which can lead to more damage.

Use Wide Toothed Comb.After you washed hair, try using a wide toothed comb. Or, use your fingers, rather than a brush.

Deep Condition. After serval installation,a deep condition is necessary.Good conditioner or deep conditioner is need.Try not to apply conditioner to the cap of wig. Just apply condition on the mid shaft of hair down the ends of hair..

How To care curly hair

Choose a shampoo & condititoner that suit your hair type. Curly or coarse hair probably wants frizz-minimizing and softening shampoo.Colored or treated hair probably needs a shampoo that's fortified with extracts or amino acids...

Proper way to deep condition curly hair. Deep condition at least once a week with cold water.Apply moderate the conditioner starting about an inch down from the root all the way down to the tips of your hair,Wait about 15 minutes before rinsing, then use a wide toothed comb working up from the tips to the roots so your hair..

Styling curly hair Shape the hair by scrunching it some more and twirling pieces around a finger.Avoid using brushes and narrow-toothed combs and avoid touching your hair as much as possible.

Don’t straighten curly hair because it may cause hair problems like shedding and tangle.We don't suggest to dye the curly hair.Because curl won't keep after coloring.

This unit is amazing! I been purchasing from another online store and paying way more than I paid here. The quality of the lace, the hair, the hairline, and the knot bleach…unreal. I usually order 16 inches but ordered 14 and I am glad I did it is nearly as long as my 16. So satisfied and Wow African just became my one and only place to oder. Fabulous job

I absolutely love this unit. I've bought 8 wow African wigs over the past several years and this has to be my favorite! Pros and Cons here. Cons: - The hair is a dark brown maybe 2 or 4 but not reddish brown. Also the transparent HD lace was Not transparent it was light brown which is a huge problem for how pale my skin tone is. Also I ordered a 150 density and massive breakage around the roots allover the scalp, they offer 150 & 180. This unit is around 130 density being generous. Pros: - it is very high quality hair. And although the lace was tinted I was able to easily cover it with makeup due to it being HD. It blends and melts perfectly in with my skin tone. It curls straightens holds any style. Ample amount of parting space. True to lengh. Has made my confidence skyrocket and given me self hope feeling beautiful again. Nobody can even tell it's a wig. I plan to get another very soon! If your considering a wig of color this is the wig to go for. Fits snug perfectly to my scalp. I got a 21.5 and it never moves. Only suggestion would be to a a bit of lace on the back so wig could be glued down securely. I will recommend this to anyone experienced and first time buyers!

Got this wig in a 18in & an I ended up doing a side part instead of middle and let me tell u it gave length and body looks so good in person and on camera. Color was more darker than I thought it was gonna be but overall I love the wig !!!!

First of all, I LUV wowafrican wigs but I have to admit after purchasing this wig kinky straight is more of my flavor. If you are looking for a simple silky straight wig this wig is for you. My pros: the lace is perfect I would suggest the bald cap method, the plucking is perfect, the color is more of a chocolate vs reddish brown, the length is perfect I ordered 16 more like 18. My cons: too many flyaways I had so many flyaways in the front I created a very thin bang, the sides of the wig very thin if you want to create layers to frame your face be very careful you will thin out the wig more than it already is, if 90% density was a thing that's how much side hair you get. I purchased a 180 density feels more like a 130. A middle part pulled behind the ear looks better on me a side part not so much it's too thin with no life and a half up half down may not work because it's too silky and thin a half up will look like a piglet tail. Is it worth over $300 no ma'am. Overall it's cute looks natural and blends well with my complexion.

This was so easy to install! Because I didn’t have to pluck or bleach the lace, it took less than half the time it usually would. The color is so pretty and the lace quality is unmatched! I got the 16 inches but it looks slightly longer! I am definitely purchasing another wig from wowafrican!!!

I received the hair yesterday, it's exactly as shown in the picture, the lace is invisible and the hairline is so natural! So far no shedding. Can't wait to install it.
