2.How to return the item?

1.Before you want to return the products, please explain the return reason and order number by contacting us at service@wowafrican.com. Our customer service will reply you within 24 hours. Your patience is highly appreciated.
2. After receiving the return instructions from our customer service, please return the products with original packages and email the return tracking number by email to our customer service.
3. Once your return is received, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your return and refund. Please kindly note that the refund process may take to 4-7 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

•We do not provide the shipping labels for return items. Also, please acknowledge we are not responsible for the shipping cost.
•Please kindly note $25 will be charge as the restocking fee.

3.How to exchange the item?

1. We only offer one time FREE exchanges for the eligible item. However we do not provide return shipping labels. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Also the difference fees on that specific exchanged item.
2.We will ship the new item for free after we received the return package from customer.

4.What is your rush exchange?

1.If you need the new item as soon as possible. The new order can be placed online, we will process the new item while waiting for the return. Hair will be shipped to you after it’s done.
2. Once we received the original item, we will arrange the refund as soon as possible.

Co-wash your hair. It is important to Co-wash the hair before you install to reduce tangling.

Blow dried and don’t let it air-dried. The longer the hair swelling goes on,the more pressure it puts on the delicate proteins keeping hair intact,which can lead to more damage.

Use Wide Toothed Comb.After you washed hair, try using a wide toothed comb. Or, use your fingers, rather than a brush.

Deep Condition. After serval installation,a deep condition is necessary.Good conditioner or deep conditioner is need.Try not to apply conditioner to the cap of wig. Just apply condition on the mid shaft of hair down the ends of hair..

How To care curly hair

Choose a shampoo & condititoner that suit your hair type. Curly or coarse hair probably wants frizz-minimizing and softening shampoo.Colored or treated hair probably needs a shampoo that's fortified with extracts or amino acids...

Proper way to deep condition curly hair. Deep condition at least once a week with cold water.Apply moderate the conditioner starting about an inch down from the root all the way down to the tips of your hair,Wait about 15 minutes before rinsing, then use a wide toothed comb working up from the tips to the roots so your hair..

Styling curly hair Shape the hair by scrunching it some more and twirling pieces around a finger.Avoid using brushes and narrow-toothed combs and avoid touching your hair as much as possible.

Don’t straighten curly hair because it may cause hair problems like shedding and tangle.We don't suggest to dye the curly hair.Because curl won't keep after coloring.

I have had the hair for about two days. When I first got the hair, it was very soft and I loved the curl pattern. Got it sewn in today and I am really loving it. Soft curls and very easy to brush.

This was my first time ordering from WowAfrican after seeing many youtube reviews. I was unsure of buying because honestly you never know if the youtuber is being honest or not because of the sponsor... but I am happy I made this purchase. I got three bundles of the brazilian water wave in 14,16,18 and the curl pattern is very pretty! Its definitely not what I imagined a water wave to be (which is what I wanted). I created a "flip over" wig with mine and barely left any of my hair out. I got many compliments, and even was compared to Diana Ross !! LOL. I was worried about the pricing, but because this site always has sales the hair only cost me $162 and shipping was free. The only con if I had to name something was I ran out of hair when making my unit, and had to put a little bit of another curly hair I bought in the past. But I am sure 3 bundles would be no problem for a sew in with leave out or a wig with a closure. I would definitely order again.

If you are looking for curly hair extensions this Brazilian Water Wave hair is a great choice! The hair is very easy to manage and blend. It does shed and tangle a bit in the back from rubbing against your clothes but that's to be expected. I woul definitely purchase this hair again!

This was good hair. It shed like all curly hair but it shed a lot , I had chunks of hair coming out but for some reason it still maintained a thick appearance. I will purchase again, and I want to try shorter lengths this time.

I had this hair in for 3 months and it was gorgeous. I never had hair anything like this before but I felt like it was time for a change. It is beautiful and easy to blend with curl rods and twist outs. My only problem was that it was EXTREMLY high maintenance and I wasn't use to it. By the time I took it out it was completely matted up in the back. I would recommended it to any curly hair lover that can take care of the hair. It was cute while it lasted but I would not personally reorder this hair.

Delivery was good and the hair came in a nice packaging. Washed the hair and it came out wonderful! The water wave curls have still got a nice curl pattern to them, even after 3 months of wear and dying it from natural to ash blonde to black. I condition the hair and spritz it with water to define the curls more then throughout the day it gets bigger.I will definately be purchasing again:)

Y'all...I...love...this...hair!! It's gorgeous! If you ever wanted curly hair, then WowAfrican's Brazilian WaterWave will be your ultimate favorite. Ever since I bought the hair (16, 18, 20 inches) in April 2015, I fell in love with and I haven't tried anyone else's curly hair since. It's February 2016, and the hair is still good, along with a good bleach bath; it works well in my favor!
