2.How to return the item?

1.Before you want to return the products, please explain the return reason and order number by contacting us at service@wowafrican.com. Our customer service will reply you within 24 hours. Your patience is highly appreciated.
2. After receiving the return instructions from our customer service, please return the products with original packages and email the return tracking number by email to our customer service.
3. Once your return is received, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your return and refund. Please kindly note that the refund process may take to 4-7 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

•We do not provide the shipping labels for return items. Also, please acknowledge we are not responsible for the shipping cost.
•Please kindly note $25 will be charge as the restocking fee.

3.How to exchange the item?

1. We only offer one time FREE exchanges for the eligible item. However we do not provide return shipping labels. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Also the difference fees on that specific exchanged item.
2.We will ship the new item for free after we received the return package from customer.

4.What is your rush exchange?

1.If you need the new item as soon as possible. The new order can be placed online, we will process the new item while waiting for the return. Hair will be shipped to you after it’s done.
2. Once we received the original item, we will arrange the refund as soon as possible.

Co-wash your hair. It is important to Co-wash the hair before you install to reduce tangling.

Blow dried and don’t let it air-dried. The longer the hair swelling goes on,the more pressure it puts on the delicate proteins keeping hair intact,which can lead to more damage.

Use Wide Toothed Comb.After you washed hair, try using a wide toothed comb. Or, use your fingers, rather than a brush.

Deep Condition. After serval installation,a deep condition is necessary.Good conditioner or deep conditioner is need.Try not to apply conditioner to the cap of wig. Just apply condition on the mid shaft of hair down the ends of hair..

How To care curly hair

Choose a shampoo & condititoner that suit your hair type. Curly or coarse hair probably wants frizz-minimizing and softening shampoo.Colored or treated hair probably needs a shampoo that's fortified with extracts or amino acids...

Proper way to deep condition curly hair. Deep condition at least once a week with cold water.Apply moderate the conditioner starting about an inch down from the root all the way down to the tips of your hair,Wait about 15 minutes before rinsing, then use a wide toothed comb working up from the tips to the roots so your hair..

Styling curly hair Shape the hair by scrunching it some more and twirling pieces around a finger.Avoid using brushes and narrow-toothed combs and avoid touching your hair as much as possible.

Don’t straighten curly hair because it may cause hair problems like shedding and tangle.We don't suggest to dye the curly hair.Because curl won't keep after coloring.

The hair was very curly and bouncy I co washed it on many ovation and it had minimal sheeding. It was vey soft and didn't have much fizzing or tangling.

Okay so let me give you guys the full run down. The shipping was extremely fast, 3 days. No smell, wefts are impeccable, and hair is in tip top shape. I washed it and still held its wave pattern. I installed this hair for my birthday. Only wore it for 2 weeks. I just took it out and will reuse the hair for a side-part hairstyle soon. The hair is still in great shape. I haven't had much shedding, it don't tangle as much as other company's hair do. I wish I can give them 10 stars because it is really awesome quality hair for the price their selling it at. No one should be complaining. But thanks Tina for your service. I will be buying again very soon ! Only thing I have bad to say is that the hair came in a dark brown color, next time i will choose jet black color.

Heres what im gone tell yall the customer service great I asked them to hold the sale for me until my payday and they did they sent me a great grade of hair...I have the water wave matches my hair to a T...I can tell the hair is going to get dry not like its dry now but its similar to my natural hair how it feels and the texture so ill do the hair how I do my own and moisturize it everyday overall you guys I love this hair I want to give you guys more about it I do but I feel like you should buy the hair and judge for yourself thnk you jessica

Omg I'm so in love with this hair first off the shipping was super fast received hair in three days, but due to my mother not being home I missed my hair.
The hair is so soft, litte smell but nothing horrible, bundles are really thick! true to length, I would give them 6 stars, lol, I definitely would recommend this company! this is my 3 time ordering for here.
