2.How to return the item?

1.Before you want to return the products, please explain the return reason and order number by contacting us at service@wowafrican.com. Our customer service will reply you within 24 hours. Your patience is highly appreciated.
2. After receiving the return instructions from our customer service, please return the products with original packages and email the return tracking number by email to our customer service.
3. Once your return is received, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your return and refund. Please kindly note that the refund process may take to 4-7 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

•We do not provide the shipping labels for return items. Also, please acknowledge we are not responsible for the shipping cost.
•Please kindly note $25 will be charge as the restocking fee.

3.How to exchange the item?

1. We only offer one time FREE exchanges for the eligible item. However we do not provide return shipping labels. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Also the difference fees on that specific exchanged item.
2.We will ship the new item for free after we received the return package from customer.

4.What is your rush exchange?

1.If you need the new item as soon as possible. The new order can be placed online, we will process the new item while waiting for the return. Hair will be shipped to you after it’s done.
2. Once we received the original item, we will arrange the refund as soon as possible.

Co-wash your hair. It is important to Co-wash the hair before you install to reduce tangling.

Blow dried and don’t let it air-dried. The longer the hair swelling goes on,the more pressure it puts on the delicate proteins keeping hair intact,which can lead to more damage.

Use Wide Toothed Comb.After you washed hair, try using a wide toothed comb. Or, use your fingers, rather than a brush.

Deep Condition. After serval installation,a deep condition is necessary.Good conditioner or deep conditioner is need.Try not to apply conditioner to the cap of wig. Just apply condition on the mid shaft of hair down the ends of hair..

How To care curly hair

Choose a shampoo & condititoner that suit your hair type. Curly or coarse hair probably wants frizz-minimizing and softening shampoo.Colored or treated hair probably needs a shampoo that's fortified with extracts or amino acids...

Proper way to deep condition curly hair. Deep condition at least once a week with cold water.Apply moderate the conditioner starting about an inch down from the root all the way down to the tips of your hair,Wait about 15 minutes before rinsing, then use a wide toothed comb working up from the tips to the roots so your hair..

Styling curly hair Shape the hair by scrunching it some more and twirling pieces around a finger.Avoid using brushes and narrow-toothed combs and avoid touching your hair as much as possible.

Don’t straighten curly hair because it may cause hair problems like shedding and tangle.We don't suggest to dye the curly hair.Because curl won't keep after coloring.

I bought this hair after seeing a popular YouTuber wear it in a video. I'm a natural and have been looking for wefted hair that matched my texture for a long time. Well I have found it, this hair matches my texture perfectly and is gorgeous. I received the hair in about 3 business days and when I opened the package I was excited. I co washed to get the hair to swell and installed on a wig cap, made a u-part wig and people compliment me on my beautiful full, long hair all the time. I ordered the 14,16,and 18 inch bundle and it is the perfect natural looking length and very very full. If you don't want a lion mane you could probably get away with 2 bundles.The hair does swell with time and does shrink just like natural hair so proper care is mandatory. the hair does tend to get dry so purchase a good moisturizer. I have had this hair all summer and I love it.

For a very long time I have been looking for a weave that matches perfectly with my 3c/4a hair. I've watched about 20 review videos about WOWAfrican and i am glad I chose this hair company. I haven't even installed it yet but this hair is AMAZING it looks EXACTLY like my natural kinky coil hair. I can't wait to get my vixen sewin, I'll upload pictures when it's done. OMG I'm so excited lol I've never been this excited about hair.

I order this hair about every 4 months. I put it on a upart and usually sleep with it on about 5 days out of the week. I'm sure I could get a longer wear out of this If I didn't sleep in it, but I'm lazy. lol. This hair mimics my 4a hair near perfectly. Will be ordering again soon.

I bought these extensions just for fun, and they were awesome. Everyone at work thought I had paid thousands of dollars at a salon on them. They matched perfectly and are really easy to to use! Save the money and buy these!

I ordered this hair last summer and I wore it for about 8-9 months; I took it out and re-installed it a few times. I took a trip to Greece and Cyprus (Europe) and I went to the beach very frequently. Even with all the chlorine and saltwater the hair held up!!! I did notice that it started to tangle more as time went on, but that is because I got lazy and failed to keep up with it. The hair is very natural looking, and very time I walked in a place people said I love you hair, it's amazing!

Dyes extremely well. It is very soft at first but after a few months it starts to tangle bad. The hair would matt in the back of my head terribly. However, I loved the curls. This was a lot of hair.

So far this hair is amazing! I have only had it installed for about a week, but I have purchased this hair before in longer lengths (14,16,18) and I found that the curl texture did not really match mines. When I purchased it this time I went with shorter lengths (10,12,14) and the curl pattern is amazing close to a 4a-3c texture. I absolutely love it; (I installed the shortest length at the bottom and the longest at the top for a bob look; and it also helps the hair from getting stuck behind my neck). I love this hair, and on top of the hair being amazing the company has great customer service. I worked with Jessica, and she was very helpful. I needed the hair in time for an event and she made it happen!!! I don't think you will find good hair like this for the low price.
