2.How to return the item?

1.Before you want to return the products, please explain the return reason and order number by contacting us at service@wowafrican.com. Our customer service will reply you within 24 hours. Your patience is highly appreciated.
2. After receiving the return instructions from our customer service, please return the products with original packages and email the return tracking number by email to our customer service.
3. Once your return is received, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your return and refund. Please kindly note that the refund process may take to 4-7 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

•We do not provide the shipping labels for return items. Also, please acknowledge we are not responsible for the shipping cost.
•Please kindly note $25 will be charge as the restocking fee.

3.How to exchange the item?

1. We only offer one time FREE exchanges for the eligible item. However we do not provide return shipping labels. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Also the difference fees on that specific exchanged item.
2.We will ship the new item for free after we received the return package from customer.

4.What is your rush exchange?

1.If you need the new item as soon as possible. The new order can be placed online, we will process the new item while waiting for the return. Hair will be shipped to you after it’s done.
2. Once we received the original item, we will arrange the refund as soon as possible.

Co-wash your hair. It is important to Co-wash the hair before you install to reduce tangling.

Blow dried and don’t let it air-dried. The longer the hair swelling goes on,the more pressure it puts on the delicate proteins keeping hair intact,which can lead to more damage.

Use Wide Toothed Comb.After you washed hair, try using a wide toothed comb. Or, use your fingers, rather than a brush.

Deep Condition. After serval installation,a deep condition is necessary.Good conditioner or deep conditioner is need.Try not to apply conditioner to the cap of wig. Just apply condition on the mid shaft of hair down the ends of hair..

How To care curly hair

Choose a shampoo & condititoner that suit your hair type. Curly or coarse hair probably wants frizz-minimizing and softening shampoo.Colored or treated hair probably needs a shampoo that's fortified with extracts or amino acids...

Proper way to deep condition curly hair. Deep condition at least once a week with cold water.Apply moderate the conditioner starting about an inch down from the root all the way down to the tips of your hair,Wait about 15 minutes before rinsing, then use a wide toothed comb working up from the tips to the roots so your hair..

Styling curly hair Shape the hair by scrunching it some more and twirling pieces around a finger.Avoid using brushes and narrow-toothed combs and avoid touching your hair as much as possible.

Don’t straighten curly hair because it may cause hair problems like shedding and tangle.We don't suggest to dye the curly hair.Because curl won't keep after coloring.

This is a beautiful hair extension. It's a gorgeous color of black, and it's very soft and shiny. This is definitely a high quality hair piece. It's real hair, and it's absolutely gorgeous. I can't get over how nice this product really is.

I've had this hair about 2 weeks now, and I have to say, the quality and curls are absolutely wonderful. I've spent $$$ over the years trying to find curly hair that's natural wouldn't turn into a hot mess, and I can honestly say, save your money and order this hair. It's the same if not better quality than more expensive brands.

The lace frontal is very large and full. You will definitely receive the frontal as pictured. I combed through multiple times and I have not experienced any shedding. It was a great customer service agent and answered all my inquiries in a timely fashion. Will shop with this supplier again

I got my package fast in 2 days to be exact. I arrived by DHL. HAIR HAD NO SMELL! NO LICE. I purchase 14,16,18 with frontal. I co washed it. Italian Yaki is good. Just installed it last night and hair nice and fluffy if you can see in my pics. Going to see how it holds up. Will do follow up review on this. If hold well will buy more with longer lengths next time.

I love these. The hair is really pretty. They match my hair color, the hair is surprisingly soft and shiny. The strands are thick all the way to the ends. I watched some YouTube videos . I love them. . It's been a few weeks and they still look great, healthier than my regular hair even. I think these will be part of my everyday look now.

So far the hair is great ! Soft texture as well as I bleached the hair and the wave came back... The only thing I didn't care for was the shipping through Dhl I wasn't home during the delivery and the carrier gave my package to someone I didn't know luckily they place my package in the mailbox.
