2.How to return the item?

1.Before you want to return the products, please explain the return reason and order number by contacting us at service@wowafrican.com. Our customer service will reply you within 24 hours. Your patience is highly appreciated.
2. After receiving the return instructions from our customer service, please return the products with original packages and email the return tracking number by email to our customer service.
3. Once your return is received, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your return and refund. Please kindly note that the refund process may take to 4-7 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

•We do not provide the shipping labels for return items. Also, please acknowledge we are not responsible for the shipping cost.
•Please kindly note $25 will be charge as the restocking fee.

3.How to exchange the item?

1. We only offer one time FREE exchanges for the eligible item. However we do not provide return shipping labels. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Also the difference fees on that specific exchanged item.
2.We will ship the new item for free after we received the return package from customer.

4.What is your rush exchange?

1.If you need the new item as soon as possible. The new order can be placed online, we will process the new item while waiting for the return. Hair will be shipped to you after it’s done.
2. Once we received the original item, we will arrange the refund as soon as possible.

Co-wash your hair. It is important to Co-wash the hair before you install to reduce tangling.

Blow dried and don’t let it air-dried. The longer the hair swelling goes on,the more pressure it puts on the delicate proteins keeping hair intact,which can lead to more damage.

Use Wide Toothed Comb.After you washed hair, try using a wide toothed comb. Or, use your fingers, rather than a brush.

Deep Condition. After serval installation,a deep condition is necessary.Good conditioner or deep conditioner is need.Try not to apply conditioner to the cap of wig. Just apply condition on the mid shaft of hair down the ends of hair..

How To care curly hair

Choose a shampoo & condititoner that suit your hair type. Curly or coarse hair probably wants frizz-minimizing and softening shampoo.Colored or treated hair probably needs a shampoo that's fortified with extracts or amino acids...

Proper way to deep condition curly hair. Deep condition at least once a week with cold water.Apply moderate the conditioner starting about an inch down from the root all the way down to the tips of your hair,Wait about 15 minutes before rinsing, then use a wide toothed comb working up from the tips to the roots so your hair..

Styling curly hair Shape the hair by scrunching it some more and twirling pieces around a finger.Avoid using brushes and narrow-toothed combs and avoid touching your hair as much as possible.

Don’t straighten curly hair because it may cause hair problems like shedding and tangle.We don't suggest to dye the curly hair.Because curl won't keep after coloring.

let me tell you , this hair is everything , i always order from wowafrican because i know i can count on receiving quality hair. But aside from the hair being good quality, the construction of the frontal is perfect it’s not too bulky and the hairs are layed very natural unlike some frontals and closures i’ve purchased from other vendors who’s hairs where all layed in one direction and were a night mare to try and style , there’s very minimal shedding ( my knots were bleached and i experienced little shedding ) and the bundles were super full

My order came a day early. And there were more than just hair in the package.They added a head band on it. Its so cute. The hair feels really good. And it flows really well. If u are a newbie at installing, if u want the fullness of it, install two wefts on too of each other at a time. Overall the hair feels good. The packaging is exemplary. This hair is just Perfect.

I'm having the closure and bundles installed now and had to go ahead and write the review before I even leave the salon. My stylist is raving about this closure and she's very picky about hair purchased online. The lace is light and easily shows scalp. I didn't have to bleach the knots. The baby hair is great and the closure is very full and soft. It feels like a full bundle of hair. My stylist also colored the hair and it took well. I would recommend this if your looking for a lace frontal

This was my first time ordering hair online..I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hair as well as how much hair was in each bundle..it was nice getting the free flexi rods too! .the hair textures for the frontal and the bundles are pretty similar and very dense. I would order again.

I ordered the frontal with bundles on Nov 23 and received them in a week. I haven`t used them yet because I have a sew in, but the hair seems to be good quality. It definitely is not synthetic hair, it`s human hair. Ends are not thin, hair is soft and came in natural color.Overall I`m satisfied and feel like I got a good deal for the price I paid!!

I love this hair what you see is what you get ! Mine's actually came with baby hairs and it was pre-plucked. I got so excited when I seen this I had to turn up. The hair is silky and bouncy. I haven't installed yet, I can't wait!!! I'm also bleaching the knots and dying just a strip in the front for a little pop of color.
