2.How to return the item?

1.Before you want to return the products, please explain the return reason and order number by contacting us at service@wowafrican.com. Our customer service will reply you within 24 hours. Your patience is highly appreciated.
2. After receiving the return instructions from our customer service, please return the products with original packages and email the return tracking number by email to our customer service.
3. Once your return is received, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your return and refund. Please kindly note that the refund process may take to 4-7 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

•We do not provide the shipping labels for return items. Also, please acknowledge we are not responsible for the shipping cost.
•Please kindly note $25 will be charge as the restocking fee.

3.How to exchange the item?

1. We only offer one time FREE exchanges for the eligible item. However we do not provide return shipping labels. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Also the difference fees on that specific exchanged item.
2.We will ship the new item for free after we received the return package from customer.

4.What is your rush exchange?

1.If you need the new item as soon as possible. The new order can be placed online, we will process the new item while waiting for the return. Hair will be shipped to you after it’s done.
2. Once we received the original item, we will arrange the refund as soon as possible.

What is 360 lace wig? we pre-sewed the 360 frontal & bundles into a wig. It is not full lace, not lace front, which is with lace around. 360 lace wig is with more wefts at top, total wig density is 150%. (360 frontal area density is standard 130%)

What is the bleached knots?

Bleached knots help the hair appear as if it is growing from the scalp. When hair is tied to the lace, there is a dark knot where the hair is secured. Bleaching can make knots undetectable and very natural looking. WowAfrican bleaching method won't affect the hair life and doesn't cause shedding problems. On natural bleach hair, the knots are lightered to a light brown shade.

What is a pre plucked hairline?

When a wig is plucked, it is less dense in front, which is exactly the case with real hair. If you take a look at your strands, you will notice hair of unequal length and some short baby hair around your hairline. This is because new hair grow constantly and they can’t all be the same length.For a wig to be completely realistic, it has to imitate just that. Plucking of the hairpiece creates those perfect baby hairs and a flawless hairline. Although pre-plucked wigs are usually more expensive, they are simply superior in appearance to all others.

What is the removable Elastic Band?

WowAfrican provide the removable adjustable elastic band(optional) to customers. It is made to be sewn unto wigs for a better, more snug fit. There are 3 hook adjustable options to secure your wig better. If you don’t want to wear it, it is easily to remove the wig. The rest two small bands won’t affect to wear the wigs.

How to Care

How To Wash Your Wig

Co-wash your hair. It is important to Co-wash the hair before you install to reduce tangling.

Blow dried and don’t let it air-dried. The longer the hair swelling goes on,the more pressure it puts on the delicate proteins keeping hair intact,which can lead to more damage.

Use Wide Toothed Comb.After you washed hair, try using a wide toothed comb. Or, use your fingers, rather than a brush.

Deep Condition. After serval installation,a deep condition is necessary.Good conditioner or deep conditioner is need.Try not to apply conditioner to the cap of wig. Just apply condition on the mid shaft of hair down the ends of hair..

How To care curly hair

Choose a shampoo & condititoner that suit your hair type. Curly or coarse hair probably wants frizz-minimizing and softening shampoo.Colored or treated hair probably needs a shampoo that's fortified with extracts or amino acids...

Proper way to deep condition curly hair. Deep condition at least once a week with cold water.Apply moderate the conditioner starting about an inch down from the root all the way down to the tips of your hair,Wait about 15 minutes before rinsing, then use a wide toothed comb working up from the tips to the roots so your hair..

Styling curly hair Shape the hair by scrunching it some more and twirling pieces around a finger.Avoid using brushes and narrow-toothed combs and avoid touching your hair as much as possible.

Don’t straighten curly hair because it may cause hair problems like shedding and tangle.We don't suggest to dye the curly hair.Because curl won't keep after coloring.

The colour wasn't the same as I ordered before, but I'm dying it anyway, I was mostly satisfied with the unit, very thick and natural looking, pre plucked, the 360 frontal seem thin, and there was line noticeable between the frontal and tracks. The size was a little big.
I lllllooooovvvveeeee this wig, when I receive my wig it was love at first sight❤️

I absolutely love this wig, it's my first virgin hair wig ever. I must admit I contemplated for a couple of months before purchasing it cause of the price cause I'm used to paying $30-$50 for synthetic wigs so I was nervous about investing that much money on a wig, but as soon as the package came and I opened it I knew it was love at first sight OMG when I put it right away it looked like the hair was coming out of my scalp it looks so real I've gotten many compliments on it. I loooovvvveeee the wig and since I stopped wearing my synthetic wigs since I bought I plan one buying another one same wig cause I love so much. Thanks WowAfrican it was well worth the wait.

I LOVE this wig!! It blends perfectly with my hair for a natural look. I'm ordering another one only bc I want length. Ive ordered Italian yaki from other companies and they were not as good at this one. Once washed the wig returns to its natural state perfectly.

Hunty when I tell you this wig gives me life......It gives me LLLLIIIIIIFFFFFEEEEE. This wig is super natural looking and required little changing/customizing. I did have to place an elastic band inside because i have a small head. This wig exceeded my expectation and I have recieved so many compliments on the hair. It is easy to curl and with a llittle holding spray the curls will last for several days.By far my favorite wig.

This wig was great for the price. It came in a natural color and was very soft , full and the ends were healthy. It was pre-plucked so I didn't have to pluck the hairline. I absolutely love how natural this hairline looks. I will definitely order again. Great Buy!!!
