Before returning, please advise us of your intention to receive either a refund or exchange. We request that all products are returned within 14 days of the date of receiving your order. (The clearance items can’t be returned or exchanged.)
1. What eligible items can be returned or exchanged?
• Including no used,no lace cut, no altered and unwashed products with original package. • All clearance, custom items and eyelashes can’t be returned or exchanged.
2.How to return the item?
1.Before you want to return the products, please explain the return reason and order number by contacting us at service@wowafrican.com. Our customer service will reply you within 24 hours. Your patience is highly appreciated. 2. After receiving the return instructions from our customer service, please return the products with original packages and email the return tracking number by email to our customer service. 3. Once your return is received, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your return and refund. Please kindly note that the refund process may take to 4-7 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
Note: •We do not provide the shipping labels for return items. Also, please acknowledge we are not responsible for the shipping cost. •Please kindly note $25 will be charge as the restocking fee.
3.How to exchange the item?
1. We only offer one time FREE exchanges for the eligible item. However we do not provide return shipping labels. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Also the difference fees on that specific exchanged item. 2.We will ship the new item for free after we received the return package from customer.
4.What is your rush exchange?
1.If you need the new item as soon as possible. The new order can be placed online, we will process the new item while waiting for the return. Hair will be shipped to you after it’s done. 2. Once we received the original item, we will arrange the refund as soon as possible.

Co-wash your hair. It is important to Co-wash the hair before
you install to reduce tangling.
Blow dried and don’t let it air-dried. The longer the hair swelling
goes on,the more pressure it puts on the delicate proteins
keeping hair intact,which can lead to more damage.
Use Wide Toothed Comb.After you washed hair, try using a
wide toothed comb. Or, use your fingers, rather than a brush.
Deep Condition. After serval installation,a deep condition is
necessary.Good conditioner or deep conditioner is need.Try not
to apply conditioner to the cap of wig. Just apply condition on the
mid shaft of hair down the ends of hair..
How To care curly hair
Choose a shampoo & condititoner that suit your hair type.
Curly or coarse hair probably wants frizz-minimizing and softening
shampoo.Colored or treated hair probably needs a shampoo that's
fortified with extracts or amino acids...
Proper way to deep condition curly hair.
Deep condition at least once a week with cold water.Apply moderate
the conditioner starting about an inch down from the root all the way
down to the tips of your hair,Wait about 15 minutes before rinsing,
then use a wide toothed comb working up from the tips to the roots
so your hair..
Styling curly hair
Shape the hair by scrunching it some more and twirling pieces around
a finger.Avoid using brushes and narrow-toothed combs and avoid
touching your hair as much as possible.
Don’t straighten curly hair because it may cause hair problems like
shedding and tangle.We don't suggest to dye the curly hair.Because
curl won't keep after coloring.

This hair is bomb! And the lace is giving scalp. When I bought this wig I had no idea that it would fit so perfectly and look so good it literally fits like a glove and the hair is nice and soft with zero shedding I will for sure buy another one for next summer! what you get for the price is amazing!

I was skeptical at first to buy this wig, the curl pattern looked like it would be too loose for my preference and the length with that particular pattern made it seem like it would give me a much older vibe and I wasn’t interested in that at all.
I was dead wrong.
I received the wig and the texture and feel of the hair was amazing. The length (I got 14in) fell just past my shoulders and gave me a sophisticated look. I will say the curl pattern was a little too loose for me as I thought so I ended up straightening it. As soon as I straightened it the hair literally looked so natural I was in love. This was in part due to the density of the hair after it was straight. It straightened easily with no shedding. The cap itself fit really well, I usually get the smallest cap size available but since there was only one option for this wig I also purchased an elastic band which I ended up not using. This wig is very comparable to any non-clearance items on the WA site.
I usually cut my lace in the back as low as possible without damaging the actual wig, but with this particular wig there is a comb connected to the cap that sits dead in the middle in the back (right on top of my neck). I notice hair gets caught in that comb with usual wear or styling and I end up having to comb it a few times so it doesn’t get tangled. Not a huge issue, nobody can notice but me but it’s kind of annoying to have to check it when I’m wearing it. The other con I have is I have noticed slight shedding, and although I did use heat protectant, this may because I straightened it. It has held its style so I haven’t straightened it more than once but I have touched it up here and there. Like anyone’s hair or wigs too much heat could be damaging so I’m trying to avoid it as much as possible to reduce the shedding.
Overall this wig is comparable to any non-clearance item like I said earlier. It has became one of my staples; it’s beautiful; and easy to install. I will give this wig a 7.5/10.
