2.How to return the item?
1.Before you want to return the products, please explain the return reason and order number by contacting us at service@wowafrican.com. Our customer service will reply you within 24 hours. Your patience is highly appreciated. 2. After receiving the return instructions from our customer service, please return the products with original packages and email the return tracking number by email to our customer service. 3. Once your return is received, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your return and refund. Please kindly note that the refund process may take to 4-7 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

3.How to exchange the item?
1. We only offer one time FREE exchanges for the eligible item. However we do not provide return shipping labels. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Also the difference fees on that specific exchanged item. 2.We will ship the new item for free after we received the return package from customer.
4.What is your rush exchange?
1.If you need the new item as soon as possible. The new order can be placed online, we will process the new item while waiting for the return. Hair will be shipped to you after it’s done. 2. Once we received the original item, we will arrange the refund as soon as possible.

Bleached knots help the hair appear as if it is growing from the scalp. When hair is tied to the lace, there is a dark knot where the hair is secured. Bleaching can make knots undetectable and very natural looking. WowAfrican bleaching method won't affect the hair life and doesn't cause shedding problems. On natural bleach hair, the knots are lightered to a light brown shade.
What is a pre plucked hairline?
When a wig is plucked, it is less dense in front, which is exactly the case with real hair. If you take a look at your strands, you will notice hair of unequal length and some short baby hair around your hairline. This is because new hair grow constantly and they can’t all be the same length.For a wig to be completely realistic, it has to imitate just that. Plucking of the hairpiece creates those perfect baby hairs and a flawless hairline. Although pre-plucked wigs are usually more expensive, they are simply superior in appearance to all others.
What is the removable Elastic Band?
WowAfrican provide the removable adjustable elastic band(optional) to customers. It is made to be sewn unto wigs for a better, more snug fit. There are 3 hook adjustable options to secure your wig better. If you don’t want to wear it, it is easily to remove the wig. The rest two small bands won’t affect to wear the wigs.
Co-wash your hair. It is important to Co-wash the hair before you install to reduce tangling.
Blow dried and don’t let it air-dried. The longer the hair swelling goes on,the more pressure it puts on the delicate proteins keeping hair intact,which can lead to more damage.
Use Wide Toothed Comb.After you washed hair, try using a wide toothed comb. Or, use your fingers, rather than a brush.
Deep Condition. After serval installation,a deep condition is necessary.Good conditioner or deep conditioner is need.Try not to apply conditioner to the cap of wig. Just apply condition on the mid shaft of hair down the ends of hair..
How To care curly hair
Choose a shampoo & condititoner that suit your hair type. Curly or coarse hair probably wants frizz-minimizing and softening shampoo.Colored or treated hair probably needs a shampoo that's fortified with extracts or amino acids...
Proper way to deep condition curly hair. Deep condition at least once a week with cold water.Apply moderate the conditioner starting about an inch down from the root all the way down to the tips of your hair,Wait about 15 minutes before rinsing, then use a wide toothed comb working up from the tips to the roots so your hair..
Styling curly hair Shape the hair by scrunching it some more and twirling pieces around a finger.Avoid using brushes and narrow-toothed combs and avoid touching your hair as much as possible.
Don’t straighten curly hair because it may cause hair problems like shedding and tangle.We don't suggest to dye the curly hair.Because curl won't keep after coloring.

This was my first full lace glueless wig and let me say it is some of the best hair I’ve ever purchased. I ordered a cap 4 guess full lace, 130% density, 20 inch, natural color wig with no elastic band. I usually order between 24 or 26 inch bundles but I ordered 20 this time so I didn’t mess it up and it is so long!! It goes to my waist and I’m about 5’6””. I wore it throughout the weekend and it held up perfectly, no tangles or shedding and it stayed extremely soft. I got many compliments and it held up in pictures very good. I did install this wig with a little bit of glue and for my first time it came out sooo good, the wig made it easy because the lace is very strong but still transparent and easy to cut. The hairline is very natural (I was worried I was going to have to pluck it but I didn’t) And the baby hairs that came around helped me so I didn’t have to cut those either, all these things helped me complete a successful first install. I also would like to mention how fast I received the wig, I ordered it on a Wednesday and I received it on the following Sunday so it was very quick thank you WA!!
The only negatives I can mention are that my head is smaller than I thought so the wig is a little loose, and with no elastic band I will now have to sew one in back. The other thing is that the next time I wear it I am going to straighten it out and give it a little curl because the yaki texture is obviously not the same texture of my hair but it is very close. You can still wear it natural but I think ill just hit mine with a little heat next time. This is very natural wig and I would recommend it to anyone.

This full lace wig is amazing the wig is very spft and easy to manage. When I received it in the mail I immediately washed it and put highlights in. Everyone loved my hair texture and color. I am very particular when it comes to hair quality. I read a few reviews at first and was on the fence before I ordered the lace wig. After reading almost every review and reading about the type of wig I was getting I decided to go for it. Well that was a great decision. I will definitely make a purchase again. I wear it flat at work and more full out at night clubing. Thanks

I absolutely love this hair, I ordered this hair and it came quick. It's very soft there is no smell and so far 0 shedding I had it installed the very same day it came went away on a mine vaca got wet in the pool and hair came back to life like when I just got it best hair ever. The construction of the wig and the hair is no doubt of good quality. Wow African's customer service is good as well. If this hair was less silky and fuller, it would be perfect for me. I will know better if/when I order again

So I've had this unit for a little over a month now. This is the 2nd unit I have purchased through WOW African. The quality of the hair is great. No issues with shedding or tangling. Shampoos and conditions well. I was a little disappointed with the texture because its a bit silker than I would like. I thought Yaki straight would look more like black girl relaxed hair. Also, make sure you order a higher density. The 120-130 density is too thin. Also, this hair does not hold a curl so you are pretty much forced to wear it straight.
